Complete Ghost Ops Event Guide

1. Introduction and Mechanics

“Ghost Ops” is a weekly event that becomes available in the Secret Command Post on day 60 of Season 1.

Event Goal:
Aside from base resources, you can obtain rare Hero Shards here that are not yet available in the Tavern for standard recruitment tickets and are sold only in paid packs. The Alliance help mechanics allow you to get these rewards for free.

Squad Mechanics:
To start a mission, you dispatch your own heroes (up to 3). Up to 4 alliance members can fill the remaining slots in the squad, adding their heroes to meet requirements and speed up the mission.

2. Limits and Reward System

On the event day, players can obtain 6 full rewards:

  • 3 Personal Missions (random missions in your Command Post).
  • 3 Ally Missions (helping alliance members).

Reward Structure: Each mission (except SSR) features two types of prizes:

  • Base Reward: Guaranteed to all participants upon mission completion.
  • Special Reward: Awarded only if “Special Conditions” are met (specific heroes with a certain star level). The reward consists of 10 chests with various prizes that drop with a certain probability (rates are shown in the game interface).

Volunteer Mode: If your limit of 3 help rewards is exhausted, you can participate in missions as a volunteer.

  • Reward: A small amount of Alliance Points.
  • Tactics: This mode can be enabled manually before exhausting your limits. Use this to help an ally complete a simple mission, saving your main attempts for high-value missions (UR*).

3. Mission Types: Conditions and Tactics

SSR (Purple)

  • Duration: 25 minutes.
  • Special Conditions: None.
  • Reward: Small amount of resources.
  • Tactics:
    • Complete your own missions solo.
    • Do not spend help limits on others' SSR missions. Even in Volunteer Mode, this is not recommended: you will freeze your heroes for half an hour and risk missing a high-priority mission spawn.
    • Only participate in these after completing all 6 main missions to earn some extra Alliance Points.
Missions SSR

UR (Legendary)

  • Duration: 35 minutes.
  • Special Conditions: Requires gathering 3 heroes (all level 120):
    • 2 identical heroes — 4 stars (common, e.g.: 2 Kimberly).
    • 1 hero — 3 stars (rarer, e.g.: 1 Stetmann).
  • Reward: Resources + 2 Hero Shards (of the hero required second in the condition).
  • Tactics and Nuances:
    • Minimum players: 2 people.
    • Since the condition requires 2 identical heroes (e.g., two Kimberlys), you cannot complete this alone — the system will not allow one player to dispatch two copies of the same hero. You definitely need at least one ally with the same hero.
    • You can dispatch the mission immediately once hero conditions are met, without waiting for all empty spots in the truck to be filled.

Special Reward

UR* (Legendary with Star)

The highest priority mission type.

  • Duration: 45 minutes.
  • Special Conditions: Requires gathering 5 heroes (all level 120):
    • 3 identical heroes — 4 stars (common, e.g.: 3 Kimberly).
    • 2 identical heroes — 4 stars (rare, “exclusive/paid”, e.g.: 2 Stetmann).
  • Reward: Resources + 5 Rare Hero Shards.
  • Difficulties:
    • Minimum players: 3 people.
    • Since 3 identical heroes of the first type are required, you need at least two helpers (you place one Kimberly, and two allies place one each).
    • Hero Shortage: Requirements often call for the same rare heroes. Because of this, they are in high demand within the alliance, and assembling a “full” squad can be extremely difficult, especially if many players are offline.
  • Tactics:
    • This is the only way to get a significant amount of rare shards.
    • Important: If conditions are met but there are still empty spots in the squad (for any heroes) — do not start immediately. Let clanmates join (even with “empty” heroes that don't affect the condition) so they receive the reward too.
    • Exception: If time is running out or the necessary heroes physically don't exist in the alliance — start as is, sacrificing the special reward for the base one.

4. Schedule (Server Time)

The event takes place every Thursday. Missions are available strictly during these intervals (at other times, communication is interrupted):

  • 00:00 – 03:00
  • 06:00 – 09:00
  • 12:00 – 15:00
  • 18:00 – 21:00

5. Important Tips and Settings

Claim Rewards Manually
After the timer ends, rewards must be claimed manually in the interface. Unclaimed rewards do not go to the inventory and can be plundered.

Plunder
5 attempts are available to capture other players' trucks. The reward is a minimum amount of resources. Purposely searching for others' UR* trucks is profitable but time-consuming.

Smart Mode — Must Enable!
An auto-start function that triggers when two conditions are met: special requirements are gathered + full squad.

  • Why it is needed: This is insurance against AFK. If you step away from your phone with this mode disabled, your allies' heroes will get stuck in your lobby, and they won't be able to use them in other missions.

Priority
Always save your help limits (3 attempts) for UR* type missions.
